Very clean and comfortable. Feels like home. And convenient to all stores and restaurants. 8-10 minutes away from the beach. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

The condo is extremely rundown. The back door lock was broken, recessed lights & vents are separating from the ceiling. Many light fixtures/switchs didn’t work or strobe every 3 seconds. There is a LOUD high pitch if using the shower. At checkout you are required to strip the beds-the stains was gross. The dryer barely works. Deep dirt and dust EVERYWHERE. I contacted Nicole about the lights not working & she said everything worked 3 hours before we checked in. I am confident these issues have existed/known about for a long time & just not resolved. I would have felt better if she contacted me ahead of time about these issues to manage my expectations/allowed me to cancel instead of denying being aware of them and not offering to resolve them. Also-woken up every night between 1-4am from loud music, screaming, partying & weed smoking from the OWNER of the condo below. We ended up leaving a day early. Worst airbnb we ever rented.

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth! Nicole's condo was perfect for our size family, very clean, comfortable accommodations and everything was exactly as described. The condo was centrally located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. My son even made a couple friends at the pool :) It was a great vacation and we will definitely be back!

Our stay was nice and relaxing. Lots of shopping near by with the outlets being across the street. Many options for food. It was a short drive to the beach/boardwalk and mini golf. The pool was smaller than I expected and crowded a couple of days but definitely not a deal breaker for us. It was clean and refreshing. The home was clean, spacious, and, in a great spot. Our family of 5 didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Nicole responded very quickly to all of my messages. Thank you Nicole!
