This is my second time staying at Rich and Janine’s. They were incredibly accommodating again, making it easy to travel with a toddler. Will definitely book again the next time I am visiting my grandparents for a few days.

What a lovely hideaway. Immaculate, comfortable, peaceful. A brilliant place to recharge or explore. Close to the bright lights of Newcastle, or the sedate rural idylls of Northumberland and the north east. Hosts were brilliant: warm and friendly, helpful and very kind in relation to the reason for our stay. Would definitely recommend for getaway in a lovely neighborhood, where you will definitely be looked after by Rich and Janine.

The Annexe was a beautiful place to stay for a short trip with my two sons and offered everything we needed while visiting family nearby - it was comfortable, warm, cosy and very well equipped, combined with a pretty village location and easy transport links. The welcome touches were much appreciated after a long train journey - the biscuits and tea went down a treat! Rich was very friendly and responsive, and I would most definitely recommend.
