Amazing Stay! Jesse is an amazing host. Kitchen lacked nothing and the house was very clean. It took us a few days to realize the pool heater was not working. After texting Jesse, someone came the next morning and fixed it. The only down fall was that there was a house being built next door and several others in the subdivision but that was not any fault of Jesse’s. He let us know a head of time and gave us the option to back out of the contract which was very nice of him. Would come back again.

The home is beautiful, and we have not complaints about the physical space. However, before we booked a 30 day vacation rental, we would have appreciated knowing that there was active construction of a house directly next door that began while the owner was present prior to our stay. While we were there, we were woken up by construction before 8:30 am that lasted throughout the day. It was difficult to enjoy the outside pool area due to the noise, construction dust, and lack of privacy with workers so close to us during the day. Fortunately, we were able leave early and resolve the situation amicably. However, we were still left in a bind to immediately find a new place for the remainder of our trip, and this was a steep additional unexpected cost to us. The owner's response was that construction was not within his control, but it was certainly within his control to notify us that construction would be in-progress during our expensive vacation and he chose not to do so.
