Alam was welcoming. We had a nice stay. It's a quiet neighborhood with several nearby restaurant options. The criticisms provided by previous reviewers are valid, such as: has smoky smell, especially in lower level; living room couches are not comfortable; minimal kitchen countertop space for meal prepping & storage. I'm not one to be bothered by less than pristine conditions, but it's definitely not the cleanest place I've stayed. Although the other places I've stayed were constructed much more recently than this house which was built in 1960. Looks like a prior occupant changed the Netflix account to their own because the Netflix account that the instructions said to use was not available to choose. Four of us stayed here, so the three bedrooms and dining room table with 4 chairs was spacious enough for us, but I could imagine daytime being cramped for space if we tried it with the sleeping-space max of 10. Overall, a fine stay.
