The location was wonderful. We were in walking distance of great shopping and restaurants with a beautiful view out the back of the creek. Everything in the condo functioned well for us. No issues at all while we were there.

Amazing location! The creek is so fun! We stayed here for a wedding at Shady Villa, and while it’s walking distance, the golf cart made it even more convenient. Also for guests with babies or LOs who need it dark, the bunk room has no windows and is great for them to sleep/nap. Was more than enough space for our group of four adults and 1 infant, would be plenty for large group too. Carol was a lovely host, very communicative, friendly, and accommodating.

A neat place. Very well appointed and super clean. Neat porch out back and pretty view. We enjoyed seeing deer in the morning. Wood floors throughout the house, so we could hear some movement of each other in the night. But that really added to the charming, cozy feel of the place. Salado is a great little town, and this lodge puts you within fun walking distance of it all. Highly recommend it for a trip to the area. Carol was a kind and proactive host. Check in was simple. Everything was just as we needed. We would stay again for sure.
