The only community set on the edge of Port Isabel/SPI that has private fishing and underwater lights to see the fish at night. Our new apartment boasts the ultimate living experience from watching the summer fireworks from our front deck, watch the sunset from our back deck overlooking the water. Whenever the mood strikes you, take a leisurely walk or drive to our Port Isabel lighthouse and nearby shopping and restaurants overlooking South Padre Island.
