The stay is at avery beautiful duplex. I had the privilege of meeting a very friendly doggie at our arrival. Upon walking in you could see and smell the cleanliness of the home. This is the first time I have stayed at an airbnb that I did not have to clean and disinfect prior to unpacking my bags. The house is tastefully decorated. The backyard is peaceful and surrounded by lush plants. It was a wonderful stay.

A wonderful oasis! Beautifully appointed space, comfortable bed, fabulous kitchen, kind hosts, and gorgeous gardens. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous home with beautiful mid century modern furniture throughout. It was bigger than I expected based on the pictures, with great large living space areas and an outdoor space. Parking in the driveway was so easy and the hosts were lovely and responsive.

We loved our stay in Berkeley at Max and Tony’s. They were fantastic hosts, were very accommodating with us arriving slightly early, and were super friendly and helpful for the duration of our stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs and very homely, well equipped and stylish. Easy to walk for central Berkeley and a great location for travelling to San Francisco.

Max and Tony's place is an absolute gem! Every detail is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. We loved the back porch and garden, the furnishings, the kitchen, the neighborhood and the feel of your apartment. Thanks for providing such an amazing place to land when visiting Berkeley. Your communication and directions were all top notch. We especially loved the typewriter in the entry with a personal typed greeting! Pauline & Alena
