Great spot - walking distance to everything in Chatham. It's a fun and unique location next to the ball field. The outdoor kitchen and fire table are terrific. Hopefully we can come back during the summer when there are games being played. Communications with John were clear and helpful, and check-in was a breeze.

This was the perfect location for our son's wedding. This property, inside & out, exceeded our expectations. Beautiful decor throughout. It was within walking distance to town shops and restaurants. This home does not disappoint! Thank you John!!!!

We had a weekend wedding and this was a perfect location to CBI for a group of 8. Great location, easy to walk to many places. Outdoor area was a bonus!

Our extended of family of eight was in Chatham for a funeral and we stayed at "Homeplate". John was tremendous to work with throughout the process, super accommodating to us and couldn't have been a better host for the weekend. The main house and the "dugout" were both exceptionally clean and inviting, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay or one filled with activities. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier and communication before, during, and after our stay was top-notch. I only wish we were there during the Cape League season so we could watch a game from the "bleachers" but we still loved looking out on the field with a morning cup of coffee and even got in a game of catch Saturday morning. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay at "Homeplate" again!

I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of the best! Perfectly clean, well-equipped for anything you would need, incredible location in Chatham, and kind/communicative hosts. The patio is also top-notch! Perfect for kids too. We will definitely be recommending to friends and hope to one day be back ourselves!
