Very lovely home with a perfect view of the gulf! Beautifully decorated and styled. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a way & relax. The home comfortably slept my 12 guests & still had room for more!
It was a nice time staying here. Place was clean. We came to celebrate a birthday, but I will say with no internet almost the entire time, it did put a damper on things. We thought we may be able to be reimbursed for the inconvenience, but in the contract it says it’s not their fault. Just make sure you have a backup to entertain children on a rainy day or have someone who can hook up to a hot spot. Gets pretty boring with no tv or music for a few days. We also thought we would be able to have access to the lift, but it was locked. Also… bring some beach chairs. I think they mentioned not having them, but we thought some camping chairs would be available for a fire. Communication was good. Everyone somehow got lost w their gps getting there lol Double check before going where you’re going and if you want to use the ferry or not.
Our first stay with Bolivar Vacations was with some friends back in March 2021, and we have been talking about revisiting ever since. When the time came, we knew would be booking our stay through this host because we had such a great experience our first time around. This house was so perfect for our group! There was plenty of room for everyone in our giant family! George was quick to respond to any questions I had and we essentially had zero issues during our stay. While there are things to do around the area, we never felt like we even wanted to leave because we had everything we needed. We also added on the lift which was a game changer and is 100% worth the cost at the end of the day! I am generally not a creature of habit when it comes to vacations, but this is a spot we look forward to revisiting many, many times!

The place was PERFECT! perfect location, beach was not crowded at all, it felt private. The house was amazing. Clean and comfy.

In 2014, George & Valinda, fell in love with the Peninsula and built a beachfront home. Next came another then another! Before long, they had many houses and the need to manage and host guests the way they would want to enjoy it. Our goal is to make certain that every guest enjoys their stay. We offer a different kind of experience than a hotel. We want all our guests to feel right at home. Favorite things to do are making and sharing meals together in our large kitchens. Relaxing on the deck with your favorite beverage or watching an amazing sunrise. Building sandcastles with your kids on the beach, steps away from your house. Each property is well maintained, equipped and ready for you to step in and enjoy. You will feel the difference staying with us!
