BOOK IT! Just do it…..it’s worth it and Kevin is truly one of the best we have worked with regarding any place we have stayed….above and beyond is an understatement! The photos don’t do the place justice…..the home is beautifully decorated, large living room and kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful and the view……CAN NOT BEAT IT….along it having its own pathway to the beach. It even has a gate to lock up at night leading up to the home so everything is safe and secure…..gives all the feels for mommas out there! The place has everything you need…..literally….EVERYTHING! It truly was our most memorable trip and you wont regret booking this beautiful home! Kevin……THANK YOU!

Our family hosted our daughter's wedding at the Blue Marlin. The pictures are a great representation of the actual house & all it has to offer. The location of the house was perfect, with the empty lot beside, a beautiful yard, and private walkway to the beach. The property offers tables, chairs, & many other amenities that were perfect for her wedding on the beach. The house was large enough for our family and friends who needed lodging, with ample space & storage in closets for all of the containers required for us to bring wedding supplies. The attention to detail in this sophisticated beach house is like no other home you will find on the beach, very classy and ornate. The kitchen was plentiful, with cabinets labeled with everything you could ever need. The lift was helpful to use for all of the supplies we needed to take upstairs for the wedding. The large balcony was perfect for watching the waves! Kevin's communication was always quick & professional, a wonderful host!

Kevin was great and easy to communicate with, he responded almost immediately. Our extended family really enjoyed our time at Kevin's home. It was big enough to host our party of 20 comfortably. The separate downstairs loft was a great place for the kids to stay. The home exceeded our expectations with all the amenities in the house, kitchen, and beach equipment. AC was great and comfortable for this hot summer. I would recommend renting the golf cart from Kevin, it was convenient to have and drive around the beach. We liked this area over Galveston as it provided a lot more privacy.

The location was great and spacious. Kevin was a great host until he showed up unannounced at my wedding and started passing out his business cards and mingling with my guests. They were shocked and confused about why he was there. Otherwise, he was a great host, and my wedding was beautiful. Thank you, Kevin
