Great location to visit the North Norfolk area. Extremely clean home with lovely additional touches of coffee, tea and milk provided by the host. Great communication with host, especially as we arrived later than planned.

Michele is a great host. This was the case from our initial interaction right to the end of our stay. This is a great space, modern, clean - whilst we did not use the woodburner it gave a really homely and cosy feel. The place is not too far from beaches - Old Hunstanton Beach, Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham. Michele also left leaflets with a plethora of things to keep you busy in case you do not already have an itinerary. I highly recommend going Dabbling Duck for breakfast. Thank you Michele!

Great little place, very modern comfortable and clean, easy access to the A47 and Kings Lynn, would highly recommend staying at Michele’s garden room.
