This beach house was great for our purposes. We came with kids and they loved the bunk bed room. The house is well loved. The pillows, towels and rugs could use an update. The back patio and pool area was a nice place to hang out when not at the beach. The beach was not too far a walk but when you’re lugging all the chairs and kids stuff it’s almost worth just driving the one minute to get there. Upon checking in, there was some trash left under the kitchen table and the floor felt sticky overall. But the bathrooms and kitchen were otherwise clean. The pots and pans were also well loved, but we found everything we needed. It was helpful to have the paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee and toilet paper refills available. There were a ton of kids toys, coolers and chairs for the beach too. The house is spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. Overall it was a good stay. You’re paying for a well lived in home with a good location, size and pool.

Quiet neighborhood, close to beach but you do have to cross a very busy road. Plenty of beach gear-chairs, cooler, toys.

We had a last minute change of plans and needed to book an Airbnb and Tesi delivered! The pool was very clean! we felt right at home. The house is so close to so much shopping to make it an easy stay if that’s what you’re looking for.
