The house was great for our group and the outside amenities (pool, deck fire table & bar) were utilized every day. We loved being on the Inter Coastal Waterway which was very entertaining following the West Palm Boat Show. I contacted Alex on a few items and his response time and delivery of items was impressive and very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this property for a large family/group as it provided the perfect location for our family vacation.

Visited Lighthouse Point/Deerfield Beach for my mother's 80th birthday. We needed a place that would comfortably accommodate my extended family of 8. We had plenty of space, for sure! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Le Chateau was perfect. The house is conveniently and centrally located, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the view of the water is amazing. Fishing off the dock and watching the boats go by was perfect. The house was exactly like the pictures; the outside was even better than the picture! The house is very clean and very nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very functional. The design and flow of the house make it easy for families to have their own space while being together. Everything worked in the house. Le Chateau was extremely friendly and responsive. Everything was answered and beyond. We needed extra silverware and in a split of time, a new set was delivered to us. We are ready to come back!

This place was beautiful and very user friendly. Having all 5 bedrooms with a bathroom is a real plus. We ended up here because a different owner canceled on us a week and a half before our visit. Alex from Le Chateaux immediately found us a comparable property. Great work by him! I would recommend this place and LeChateau without reservation.

The house and location are very good. The beds were comfortable and all five bedrooms had their own full bathrooms. However, the property could be maintained better. The outdoor furniture is old, worn out and in disrepair. The kitchen island stools are old and one was broken. There were multiple sinks and shower drains that backed up. Nevertheless, we were able to put aside these unfavorable conditions and had a terrific time. On balance, I would recommend the property.
