Beautiful home, neighborhood and beach access. The backyard space and cabana was very nice. However, inside of the home could use some major TLC. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but the kitchen needs attention. The home had several issues during our stay which was unfortunate to have to deal with while on vacation but Annika and her team were very responsive from start to finish and great hosts. Something to note for families, there is no barrier gate between the patio area and the dock like shown in photos. We had small children so that would have been good to know prior to arrival.

Annika’s house was perfect for our family vacation! The kids had so much fun in the pool, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect. The house is beautiful and spacious. We would absolutely come back! Thank you for a great week, Annika!
Beautiful neighborhood and house. Really close to a private beach, and many bars/restaurants. The house was impecable and the host was very friendly and available. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a few days at the beach.
The home on the water met our expectations. Plenty of towels, kitchen items and easy access. Unfortunately, the home next door had four children in the pool at 7:30 am and 9:30 at night. Realizing this just happens, we got tired of hearing ‘Marco- Polo’ for ten days. Great location to restaurants and the beach. Would rent again for less money per night but checking first if the rental next door has children.
