lovely little place with a small backyard and fire pit, would stay here again! pros: very clean, close to beach, great space for a family cons: very warm in the bedrooms even with the AC running (suggested a fan), firmer pillows and mattresses than we like

Loved staying in this cute cottage! Super clean and comfortable. There is no grill on property but kitchen is fully equipped!

It was our second time staying at Samantha's place. The little cottage is plenty comfortable for our four person family. The house comes with a parking pass to a private beach that is perfect for swimming with smaller children.

We loved staying here! So much that our 4 year old asked upon leaving “mommy, can we come back here??” we all feel the same! Samantha’s home is beautiful, well organized, inviting and really felt like a home away from home. This adorable cottage was well decorated and filled with every amenity one could need. And a random but OH so nice feature…the giant deep bathtub 😍 at 8 months pregnant this was luxurious! The nearby private beach was just lovely as well. We were truly torn between going out and enjoying the area or just staying cozy inside this beautiful home! The only downside was how short of a trip we had planned. We will be back for sure!!!
