Come and enjoy your stay in the private, one-of-a-kind Point O’ Woods beach community in Old Lyme, CT! This meticulously maintained beach cottage is a 5 minute walk to the combed-daily beach, tennis/ basketball courts, boat/ jet ski launch ramp and playground. The only entrance is security guarded which makes this a safe/ quiet neighborhood where you will find multiple access points to ocean views. Central A/C and heat. Outdoor shower. Centrally located to restaurants and historic sites. The cottage is a cozy, sunshine filled space, fully furnished and outfitted for your enjoyment. There is recently added, luxurious patio furniture on the deck to include a table, 2 couches and 2 chairs which will rock and sway you into relaxation while enjoying our twinkle lights warming the night sky.

We had a great time in a beautiful house.
We had a great week at Courtney’s house! 5 min walk to the private pow beach and amenities. The deck, outdoor furniture, propane fire pit and gas grill were very nice and the lighted offset umbrella was perfect. The house suited our needs very well. Well appointed, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very clean! We enjoyed the Bocce court across the quiet street. The beds were decent. Courtney was very responsive when we needed a propane tank. We had a wonderful week and we would stay here again!
Second time staying at Courtney’s . Very clean, and comfortable . Air conditioning is so nice to come into after day at the beach.
Courtney’s cottage was amazing! It was nice and clean with all of the amenities you could need for your stay at the beach! She was extremely responsive to our needs. We’ve stayed at many cottages at Point O Woods beach but hers was by far the nicest! We’d love to stay again 😊

Point O’ Woods is a magical, unique, security guarded community with daily ice cream truck visits, children’s movies on the beach and bands on the boardwalk on certain summer weekends. It is a safe and extremely walkable neighborhood, vibrant with life and serendipitous for relaxation.
