We had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable and clean home with everything we needed. Loved watching the boats go by. Great deck for outdoor reading. A great place to relax. Kid friendly beach. Pleasant and accommodating host.

We had the most wonderful stay in Old Lyme! This house was exactly as beautiful as the photos and perfectly stocked with all the essentials. We truly couldn't believe the view when we first walked in. It was right on the beach, which was ideal with young children, and had plenty of fun rafts/floats/kayaks/nice beach chairs/sand toys/etc. Joanne was very responsive and sent us lots of wonderful restaurant recommendations. There was also plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. We went to the aquarium, a children's museum, and Dinosaur Place. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing trip at this lovely beach house! Between the gorgeous furnishings, amazing location and more, we had a wonderful week at the beach celebrating the 4th of July! I could not recommend this airbnb more if you want to be steps away from the beach with all the amenities a family could want for the perfect stay in the sun! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We loved our stay at Joanne and Neal's beach house. The location was perfect. The beach was right outside the door. The house was beautiful. Can't wait to go back!
