This place was fantastic. A really unique place to stay, with great facilities. Really cosy and private with a beautiful garden. Allison and Carl were really friendly and gave lots of helpful advice on what to do around the area. Highly recommend!
Allora is an ideal place for families and/or couples travelling together. Its location is unbeatable to walk to Hannan Street and the drives to sites are super short. The home itself is charming, private and well appointed. The back garden is a great oasis in between seeing the sites.
Carl & Alison were warm and friendly and greeted us on a cold evening with the heating on and the accommodation nicely warmed up. This stay was with work colleagues but I'd highly recommend Allora for a private stay. I enjoyed my chat with Carl as he dug-out the veggie patch and Allison was beyond helpful. I can't recommend this quaint oasis enough!
The accommodation was fantastic, a great location near to the station and town. The house is beautiful with well looked after gardens. Very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were immaculate and we had a great stay.

Carl and I enjoy spending time gardening, relaxing and sharing our region with the rest of the world. We like heritage and showing off our community. Time has flown since we have been in Kalgoorlie, wow….5 years already. We want to be here for ever. Brilliant open spaces, 20% of all biodiversity in Australia, ghost towns, fun events and a great community. We enjoy restoring furniture, woodworking, stained glass, sharing the history of our house and our region. Carl and I look forward to meeting you..... Our house brings us joy and we want to share that with you.
