Unfortunately, the property had an ant problem. Also, the property is not being properly upkeep. Property had holes in the ceiling due to a prior leak. Part of the deck rail was on the ground, Hot tub had noticeable damage, loft area had screws holding up the stairwell where you cannot access it. Furniture looked stained and visibly used. Wash room area smelled of mildew and washer detergent door had been previously broken and not fixed. Property has the potential to be a beautiful getaway but just needs TLC.

We stayed here for a family getaway and it was great. Plenty of space for our three families and kids, great common space with beautiful surroundings, and close to lots of fun outdoor activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Matt was easy to communicate with and very customer-friendly. Super comfortable house for a group. Nice and clean. We loved it!

Matt’s place was perfect for what me and my groomsmen were looking for during my bachelor weekend. The location was very private giving me and my friends an enjoyable time to ourselves with no worries of being bothered. Matt was extremely helpful with providing accurate instructions for both check in and check out and, both times I messaged Matt for some information within the hour he had responded. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Perfect place for family of 9 thanksgiving gathering. Great views. Convent to Davis and waterfalls. Well stocked kitchen
