We had a great stay! there were some really cute kittens outside of the property which was a bonus for my son.

Gina’s place was an amazing stay! I was out there with my mom for a couple days doing work for school and it was great. Only tiny little minuscule problem was there were only a couple buggy friends I found and had to squash but that’s just how things are sometimes bugs get inside! I’m just a baby. The place was quaint and really cute and just what described and a steal for the price! It was a bit cold when I was in Idaho and you can’t control temperature but there was a heater provided that worked AMAZING! And yes a TV could be a nice touch but wasn’t a big deal at all! The complimentary snacks in the fridge were so thoughtful, and everything provided down to a deck of cards and toys for kids was so great! I will. 100% stay here again!!!!!

Great little spot to stay while we were in town. Very clean and neat. Had everything you’d need for a quiet getaway.

Although only a short stay with Gina, her apartment was ideal for our needs. It was very clean and tidy. Her directions of how to find the place and enter the property were spot on. We loved the outdoor seating that provided a sensational view of nearby farm meadows and of the sunset! Her place provided all necessary amenities and was quiet, I would highly recommend her place to others and would definitely choose to stay with Gina again if I’m back in the Preston area.

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. For being below Gina's home, it was very quiet and private. The snacks in the fridge were much appreciated! If I ever make it back there again, I would definitely stay at Gina's basement apartment! Thanks for everything!!
