It was a okay place, lots of potential. But I paid over $100 cleaning fee, for a house not very clean. Soda stains on the floor, toilet runs consistency after flushing, gross fridge (not cleaned well), gross stove (not cleaned well), and fire alarm kept beeping. The front door batteries died so we couldn’t lock the door. Luckily it unlocked so we were able to get in, and the guy did come fix it. But we were not able to get ahold of anyone for over half the day. I get no one steals in Idaho, but we had our personal stuff inside. So it didn’t feel safe to leave, so my mom was stuck at the house most the day instead of exploring. Also fire alarm kept beeping throughout the night. Needed new batteries. The stains were gross. For the $100-something cleaning fee I wanted more. I don’t think I’d book with evolve again.

It was a beautiful, clean home. We had everything we needed for our week long stay! We enjoyed the open are and quiet neighborhood as well. We lost power due to an outage and EVOLVE and the property owner responded to us, which was great in a panic. The couple things I would change. 1. The checkout time. Not all of us are early risers and its amazing the difference an 11 o'clock time can make when youre trying to clean up a home in the morning. 2. Washer and dryer availability. Staying in a home you hope this is a commodity you can use and not take home bags of dirty clothes. We thought the site just missed listing it, but noticed in the manual that it was actually just off limits (even though it was there) and that was a little rough with littles. 3.The whole house echoes. LOVE the open floor plan, but needs more decor or something to make it not so loud. Overall this was a great, beautiful stay and we'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!
