Very very clean. Matched the description. Part of a duplex, in the lower part of a house. Tenant lived above - was quiet and pleasant when we ran into her while leaving. All the amenities you would need. Nice location. A few stairs to get down to the stay. They have multiple box fans you can use while you sleep if needed.

Jasmine’s basement apartment was perfect! Great location for visiting Liberty University & everything was squeaky clean. Peaceful & private. We will definitely stay here again.

Jasmine’s place fit our needs perfectly! We were on a weekend visit to see our college kids. The space was perfect for some down time with the kids and to crash after a long day of spending time with them. Everything was super clean and felt brand new. The location is SO close to the school which was what we wanted. Is definitely a great spot for LU parents dropping off or visiting. One note to the future traveler - Apple Maps will send you to a location one street over for some reason. When we arrived after dark this happened and Jasmine was super quick to respond and suggest that we were on the wrong street - which we were! This is not a host issue - but a maps issue I share for future guests. All three of us who had the address had the same issue. We did not attempt any other map apps…Just an fyi. Jasmine has done an amazing job with the space making it feel cozy and warm. Beds were comfortable, more than enough towels, fans, kitchen things! We would definitely stay again!
