Wish i could go higher than 5 stars! Have always stayed on the ocean until this home on the river. Will stay at this home in the future. Saw dolphins, manatees, rays, even 2 bull sharks and an alligator from the back yard. Pelicans, cranes and herons as well. The covered porch and nice sized backyard were great. Had the fire pit going nightly with the push of a button. Truly above and beyond what we expected. Will only stay here in the future when visiting family in Melbourne. You will love this place!

My wife, mother-in-law and I stayed for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. We had a few guests and they enjoyed it as well. The view of the river and outside space are exactly what we wanted for a long Florida stay. When we were at "home", we spent most of our time on the porch watching the dolphins, pelicans and ospreys. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The location is great as it is close to downtown, 5 minute drive to Indiatlantic beach (nice), and we could watch the SpaceX rocket launches (2 or 3 per week!) right from the riverside yard. Had a small glitch getting into the home, but Beth was very helpful remedying the issue. She offered great recommendations also for local restaurants, etc. The home was clean and comfortable. All who stayed thought the beds were comfortable and slept very well. We will be trying different parts of Florida for our future snow-birding, but would definitely stay here again and hope to do so.

We absolutely loved staying at this home - so much character and super comfortable. Always a plus when we’re able to travel with our pups too and they loved it as well :) we will definitely be back!

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY loved this place! It’s the only AirB&B house that I’ve ever wanted to share with my friends. This house is so elegant and unique. It has been perfectly updated. The house still has it’s historic ambience, with “period” furnishings, mixed with a beautifully renovated kitchen and baths. It was elegant and “cozy comfortable” at the same time. The old trees were magnificent and the view, privacy and accommodations were remarkable. Beth was more than a perfect host, she became a friend. We felt very blessed.
