The location is an ideal base for ExCeL visitors, just 300 meters or 5 mins walk away and for business travellers thanks to it’s close links to Canary Wharf (10min by DLR/tube), The City of London (16 min by DLR), Stratford and Olympic stadium(10 min) and LCY airport (10-15 min by car or DLR) New London City Hall right across the street as well. “Home away from home” for tourist and visitors who value comfort, space, peace & quiet and will have the best transport links to get around whole London - most of London’s famous landmarks are within 30 minutes travel time. This is because of our convenient location next to the newest and fastest London Underground lines- Jubilee and Elizabeth. Plus there’s the super-cool London Cable Car and DLR station literally on our door step. The space itself is perfect for 2-3 adults guests, but 4 guests can feel comfortably as well. The bed is a high quality large size (160cm wide) with euro king size orthopaedic medium-firm mattress and luxury topper (third-generation memory foam ) plus of courses, high quality cotton bed linen for your perfect night sleep. There’s an extra large wardrobe with hangers, and a full length free standing mirror. Blackout curtains also make it easier for jet-lag recovery or and extra long perfect sleep through the morning! The Second Bedroom has a comfortable double bed (140cm wide) with medium-firm mattress and soft topper, plus of course high quality cotton bed linen as standard. plenty of storage space and clothes rack with wooden hangers, large full length free standing mirror and blackout curtains for long sleep Both bedrooms have air conditioning and heating as well as extra pillows and blankets. We provide duvets made of natural materials as down&feathers or wool but these can be replaced with an anti allergy substitute if required. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have specific needs. There is a further family bathroom as well with premium hand soap and body/hair wash, comfy slippers and luxury towels. The Kitchen & Living space is open plan with fabulous sunny south and south west facing views of Royal Victoria Dock, the River Thames, the O2 arena, Canary Wharf and much more of London cityscape. For your comfort there is leather sofa with ottoman, two lounger chairs , coffee tables, 40”HD Samsung TV with complimentary Netflix (Amazon Fire Stick) There’s an extra large glass dining table with 6 soft chairs, which can also double up as a perfect large working or conference table desk. In the kitchen you’ll find a Lavazza espresso machine with complimentary capsules , high quality cookware and tableware, kettle, toaster, Nutribulett (blender) fridge/freezer , ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dish washer and Bosch washing machine (we have dry storage room for dry a laundry quickly) We provide a complimentary selection of tea and grounded coffee, cooking essentials for our guest as well. Throughout the apartment the walls decorated by Vlad’s original photographs of London and Tokyo. All windows in the living space have roller blinds and net curtains as sun-screen or for extra privacy No parties or any sort of gatherings allowed in the apartment.
