Brandon's place is a beautifully renovated, light-filled home in a safe, convenient location! The house was easy to find, and very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed our weeklong stay and loved the view of SF, the water, and the bridge, and taking our toddler grandson to the small park with kids playground across the street. We plan to stay again!

Brandon is a friendly, communicative and welcoming host. His place is super clean and comfortable. He says it was renovated two years ago but it feels newer than that. And the kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are all top quality. It seems spacious because there are no unnecessary furnishings. No clutter. You’re only a few blocks away from a wide array of East Bay stores and restaurants. And because this duplex home is adjacent to the 80/580 split, you can easily head anywhere in the Bay Area. The highway-side location however means there’s a din of traffic including zipping motorcycles 24/7. Not a criticism. Just pointing that out if you’re looking for quiet. The bedrooms are in the back and so most of that sound is muted.

I was visiting the area for work and wanted a nice comfortable place to stay. Brandon's house was excellent. It had every amenity I needed, was very clean, and was very easy to get to. One of the biggest perks was being able to park in the driveway. That was the main selling point for me as a lot of Airbnb's in this area only had street parking. And of course I need to mention that the views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate bridge were great!

Neighborhood is nice/quiet. We felt safe at home. It’s close to Hwy but you can’t any hear traffic noises from inside. Home is close to SF and other attractions for adults and kids. The home is spacious, beautiful landscape and very clean inside and out. Nice and bright in all the rooms. Large bedrooms with darkening blinds if you want to sleep in, but who wants to sleep in when you can wake up to an amazing views from all front windows of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge from a distance, beautiful sunset views as well. Our host Brandon is very responsive. Our flight arrived early in the morning, we were able to check in early. The house has all amenities that we needed. Our family had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!
