I stayed for three month while doing a course. I can say in all honesty that really felt at home from day one. Both Lee and Chris are fantastic, always friendly and helpful. From a chat over some tea to helping you find your way around London, they are always there. The house is really comfortable. I had my room and shared the toilet with one more guest and it was really always great. The place is always kept spotlessly clean and tidy, and has a really nice decoration. The kitchen is very well equipped, luminous and always pristine. And there is also Finn, their dog. He is a big part of the place feeling like home. He is quite a character himself, funny, playful and always partial to having his ears scratched. Believe me, after a long day in school, you get home to find this receive you wagging his tail and the weight of the world is lifted. I told the guys that Finn was 'the cherry on top' of the great experience it was staying with them, and I'll reiterate it now: It was!

I spent three months with Chris and Lee. I had an amazing time and would recommend the Airbnb to anyone. It is a clean, nice and friendly place where I could have easily stayed longer.

This Airbnb was perfect! The hosts were very accommodating at the last minute when I had an issue with the previous place I was staying at and the space was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is great (close to both Penge West and Crystal place station) and I felt very safe. There’s a great pub down the road close to Penge West and another one close to Crystal Palace which does a great English Fry up. There’s also a bus stop outside of the flat that gets you around. The other lodgers were very friendly as well. Their dog Finn is such a sweetheart. They are also situated next to Crystal Palace park which is great to take walks on in the mornings and evenings. There are supermarkets close by such as Co-Op, Aldi, Sainsbury and Tescos. It’s a home away from home. Both Lee and Chris are very kind and warm hearted. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London.

It was an absolute delight staying in this home. Chris and Lee were very hospitable and provided a very comfortable and safe place to call home in a beautiful area of London. The house itself is really clean and modern. The other lodgers are really friendly and Finn, the dog is super cute! Crystal Palace is a beautiful place to be too. The house is right next to the amazing park which is great for runs and walks and the house is also close by to train stations and bus stops. I left my stay early as I found my own home to rent and Chris and Lee were kind and flexible enough to provide me with a partial refund for my stay, even though I wasn’t entitled to one which goes to show how kind they are. I would definitely recommend staying! Thank you again Chris and Lee.

Mon séjour de 3 mois n'aurait jamais pu être aussi bien que chez Lee et Chris. Même au dessus de mes espérances ! Sécurité, bienveillance, propreté du logement, bons conseils et à l'écoute sont les maîtres mots de ce logement. Mes parents étaient rassurés que je sois dans un endroit sain avec des personnes formidables ! Grâce à vous j'ai pu perfectionner mon anglais. Mille merci ! In your company my stay passed too quickly !  And I know that if I have to come back to London, I'll come back to you !  A very nice meeting, thank you so much !
