Clean, modern and roomy family home. Centrally located near shopping areas, restaurants, Stillhouse Hollow Lake, Belton Lake and Ft. Hood. This two-story house includes three living room areas one of which is a game area. A Foosball table, table games and a classic Nintendo console with over 600 games are available. A furnished patio available for gatherings. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Central air and heater for comfort. Garage space for 2 cars, plus 3 car driveway space. Master room is in the first floor. The master room has its own bathroom. The rest of the rooms are in the second floor. There is one full bathroom in the second floor. There is a 1/2 bathroom in the first floor. There is a TV with cable in the common area in the second floor, which is where the table games are along with the Foosball table and the Classic Nintendo console. We call that area the game are.

Spanish Oaks worked excellently for a family reunion of adult couples and a few toddlers. The property was well tended, clean, and well equipped in a peaceful neighborhood within easy distance of necessities. Plus, Josue was super responsive and a delight to work with. You will not be disappointed with this choice.
Spanish Oaks is a great place for a family with kids. There is plenty of room and amenities to support children. We loved that everything in the home catered to children, with not a lot of beautiful things to break. The home allowed for children to be rough and play without destroying anything. Josh was friendly and pleasant. He made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. We were able to walk to some areas where the kids could play; parks and schools were nearby. Overall a wonderful visit during Thanksgiving!

This property is located in a residential area. The area is peaceful and quiet. Traffic in front of our property is very minimal, providing a very comfortable place.
We are about 10 mins or less away from stores like Walmart, HEB grocery store, restaurants, Home Depot, Lowe's and general shops. We are about 13 mins away from Fort Hood, 10 mins away from Stillhouse lake and about 20 mins away from Belton lake.
We are near places that are fun for the whole family! Places include: Mayborn Science Theater (11 miles), 1st Cavalry Division Museum (10 Miles), Andy K. Wells Hike and Bike Trail, Lions Club Park (4 miles), Freedom Air Helicopter Tour (4 miles), Mother Neff State Park (45 miles).

We live in California. We have military family very close by in Belton and Harker Heights TX and visit them often. That's the reason of our second home in Killeen, which is available for anybody who would like to use it for temporary stays while we are not there. We love our home and have invested time to make it comfortable for us. We hope you love it too. As a family we have loved to travel and have had the experience of temporary home rental locally in the US and out of the country. Most of the time we have had good experiences and some not too good. However, we now use that experience to apply it as hosts. Our goal is to make sure our guests enjoy a five-star experience. We are very reachable by text or call in case there is any question or need. You will have digital keyless entry. A code will be sent to you before your check-in time.
