We stayed here for about two weeks and couldn’t have found a better place. The place was clean and just like shown in the pictures. The connection to the metro was amazing and there were a lot of great stores only a short walking distance away. Overall a great place for a stay in Seoul.

Location: 5/5 It is very near the train station, bus stop just across. Airport bus also so it's very convenient going to airport. Its within a university area many cheap places to eat, many stores. It is like a less touristy hongdae. Perfect location. One bus stop to hongdae. Accuracy of Listing: 3/5. Outdated photos listed. Owner sent us a PDF but it was inaccurate as well. The picture of the building he sent was outdated, the location drawing was wrong, the room boiler instructions were useless because the room had a different one and it's like he didn't know what type of boiler the room had. The toilet seat cover was misaligned so it was very difficult to usw it. Communication: 4/5. I asked Jim to help me with the washer but no reply. He replies late sometimes. Cleanliness: 4/5. There is a vacuum, the place was small but complete. But i dont get why all the cabinets are being used but owner for personal stuff?

Overall it was a great stay, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place :)

Jim was a good host. Communicated effectively and was helpful when I had questions. Location was good and amenities were accurate to what was listed. It was clean and tidy upon arrival. I would recommend Jim's unit. No complaints.

Good price and location.
