Swordfish Suite "South Beach" is an adorable side of a Duplex located in the SURF District of Clear Lake. This unit has great living space! There is a full Kitchen, Laundry room and wonderful living area downstairs. Upstairs has a King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom and nice Bathroom. It is 200 Steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM and also some restaurants & Bars. Just a short 4 block walk to downtown Clear Lake City Park, City Beach and Main street. There is a cozy backyard with Fire Pit & Grill.

My mom and I loved our stay. Abby and Michael were super responsive on any questions I had. The home is so cozy. We both slept great. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Had a little issue using the key pad (due to minus temps) but they were quick to respond to our issue and got us right in. Great space, comfy and was exactly what was expected (and more). Highly recommend staying here anytime of the year.

Just a short stroll to any and all attractions in the adorable downtown of Clear Lake. 200 Steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM. This cute Duplex is walking distance to Clear Lake Beach, Clear Lake City Park and the amazing Mainstreet that is filled with cute boutiques and restaurants. The little neighborhood "Surf District" is very safe and quaint. You can enjoy the nice backyard of the Duplex with a firepit and Grill. Depending which side you rent, South or North side you will enjoy the comfortable living area and outdoor area. This Duplex (Whole Beach Swordfish Suite) can be rented to accommodate a large family or large group. There is a connecting door to merge the 2 sides!

Bike or Walk to Downtown or just stroll around the adorable neighborhood. You can explore the SURF BALLROOM and other restaurants/Bars really close to the Duplex.
