Beautiful home in close proximity to Tim's Ford Marina. House has everything you need for a fantastic lake experience, and I definitely recommend this property.

What a great house this was. Allison gave clear communication with me and responded so quickly every time I had a question. The house was set up perfectly. We all enjoyed ourselves so much and had everything that we needed. We had dinner down at the marina on Saturday night and stayed for the firework show (per Allison’s suggestion). Everyone enjoyed themselves very much. We had four adults and four kids and this was the perfect house for that combination. ping-pong, golf cart, community pool, lake super close by, TVs everywhere, everyone had a blast.

Perfect stay at Tim’s Ford Lake for our family. Wonderful location. Super clean house right next to lake , restaurants and marina. Access to neighborhood pool was a bonus. Allison was a great host, easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.
