AC=1 small unit in 1 small room. Full kitchen=bring everything you need including soap, towels, silverware, pots, etc. Stale cigarette smoke smell throughout and stuck in furniture. Broken drawers on dresser. Decaying lizard in drawer. Had to clean items to use in kitchen. Ant nest found in kitchen faucet. Shower has mildew. Portable fan turn on was by plugging it in only. Directions given by host were wrong so took hours to find the house. Fridge is compact dorm size. Freezer is dirty chest freezer that was not plugged in. BBQ grill not found. Neighbors burning trash/leaves filled house with smoke due to louvered windows. No house instructions or WiFi password found. Contact did not speak English. House is located about 1 mile as the bird flies from location on the map, to the north so not easy to get to places. Mildew all over house. Lucky for us we had people on the island who checked out the space and set it up with food and essential items before we got there, not by the host.

Excellent place to stay especially for families. Felt right at home, great and spacious. Neighbourhood lovely. Pili and Darlene were great hosts with excellent communication. Will definitely book again when back in Pago. Highly recommended.

Pili and Dalene were very communicative and super helpful to me while I was on Tutuila (Ili Ili). I found the house to be very well located, as it was close to the airport, and pretty much in the center of the island, near restaurants and some good shopping, and not too far from some of the beautiful and interesting sights of Tutuila. The house had some goodies for me in the refrigerator, as I had just arrived on a late night flight from Honolulu, and that was very appreciated, and I also did not expect the ride from the airport to the house, so I did appreciate that very much as well! It was very quiet and relaxing to stay at the house, and the only noise was the rather pleasant sounds of the kids next door enjoying a game of volleyball in the afternoons (which seems to be the most popular game on the island).
