Exceptional stay in PGI! This condo exceeded our expectations! The location can’t be beat with close proximity to Fisherman’s Village & the Harborwalk. The condo was very comfortable & immediately felt like home: the unit is updated & in excellent condition, the bed, living room furniture & lanai furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved having “extra” things like throw blankets, paper products, filtered water, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. Barbara is a fantastic host with great communication throughout the stay. Highly recommend!
Everything went smoothly
We had a great time at Barbs place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
Nice condo, nice area for the over 55. But way over priced for a small 2 bedroom condo. The condo was clean as we walked in, but there is stuff in every closet and drawer in the condo. Kitchen is recently renovated. Kitchen is small but useful. Lanai is nice. But it felt bigger than the pictures. Livingroom and kitchen have a very coastal feel. There are no beaches in Punta Gorda, but they have several parks where you can sit and watch the sunsets.
This Condo is in the perfect location and so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are also great! Barbara is the perfect hostess and communicated with us quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay again! We enjoyed it so much!
