Brand new 900 sq. ft. studio guest space on 2.5 acres for that "away from it all" quiet location, with views of Keuka Lake. Minutes from Penn Yan and the town's great restaurants, shops and the Outlet Trail. Lake access is minutes away at Red Jacket or Indian Pines Parks. Our cozy space includes all new furnishings, CA King bed, large en-suite modern bathroom, gourmet Mennonite custom-built kitchen and island, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, separate dining area, and outdoor deck. Outdoor amenities include a deck for dining or viewing the lake, grill for outdoor cooking and fire-pit for a perfect way to end the day.

We loved our stay at Connie's Keuka Blue studio. Check-in was so easy and flexible. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its beautiful furnishings and excellent amenities. The studio is quiet, peaceful, and private. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The space is perfectly set up for two people to enjoy a relaxing stay. It is 5 minutes by car to downtown Penn Yan. We enjoyed driving around Keuka Lake visiting breweries and wineries. We were also able to visit Watkin's Glen and Geneva. The location truly is perfect. Connie was super responsive and very friendly and thoughtful. It is obvious how much thought and care she puts into her studio and guests. She even gifted us a wonderful bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary. Her property is beautiful and peaceful, and she is a fantastic host. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so memorable and peaceful!

This was the perfect spot to stay while visiting the area. It was conveniently located for the Kueka Lake region and west side of Seneca Lake. It was so comfortable. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We stayed 4 nights and only ate out once. It was fun to pick up dinner on the way back to the guesthouse each day. We’ll definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.
Wonderful Airbnb. Nicely decorated, private, and relaxing. We appreciated the noon check out as it gave us extra time to enjoy Penn Yan for breakfast and a walk without having to rush to pack up. Thank you so much Connie and Lance for sharing your beautiful space with us!

My husband and I along with our Golden Retriever, Cali, are all young at heart and eager to make your trip to the Finger Lakes the best possible. We previously were in the Travel Industry and love to share experiences while wanting to make your new adventures exciting, interesting and full of relaxing time. Where we are - The property is located at the top of Keuka Lake with a house styled after the Victorian era. The home instills warmth and comfort and we invite you to enjoy the grounds, inside amenities, while serving as the launching point to quaint walking towns like Penn Yan, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen, Geneva and Canandaigua. Creature comforts The room has a king bed with a private full bath, closet, desk and comfortable space to relax in. WiFi is available. Common areas include a living room with TV /fireplace, dining area, eat-in kitchen, front porch and rear patio areas to all be used for enjoyment. More about us - Lance and I both work at a local Farm and Winery in Dundee while spending much of our time enjoying all the outdoor areas swimming, hiking and exploring the local attractions with our friendly pet.
