Wunderschöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen, Stränden, Restaurants und Kneipen, super viel Platz, Schlafzimmer zum Hof und nach hinten, deswegen ausreichend ruhig, tolle Ausstattung, sehr netter Empfang. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen, hier sein zu dürfen!

El piso está en buenas condiciones, bien ubicado, es muy luminoso, con materiales de excelente calidad y decoración. La única pega es que no hay ascensor( es un segundo). En conclusión, una buena experiencia. Merece la pena si no se va con personas mayores, o alguien con problemas de movilidad.

Absolutely stunning and super comfortable apartment. It is very spacious, super well equipped, comfortable and TBH even nicer than on the pictures. Enrique is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The location is awesome too - just above a bakery, cafe, ice-cream shop (!!!) and many restaurants. The supermarket is 5 mins away, the nearest beach is about a 10-min walk, and all other amenities close by. Luarca is a very pretty and quiet town, with gorgeous views, a stunning botanical garden and many gorgeous beaches within a 10-min drive (if you prefer to try smthg other than the local beach).
