very relaxing and quiet apartment. extremely clean and nice consideration from the host. Juan was really responsive and helpful. lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Staying at Juan's place was great! The space was clean and modern and was perfect to work remotely from for a few weeks. Greenpoint is a great part of the city with easy access down to other parts of Brooklyn, up to LIC/Astoria, or over to Manhattan. Juan was a consummate professional from start to finish, and was prompt to reply to any questions day or night. Would highly recommend!

Juan’s place in Greenpoint was amazing! A perfect location around tons of places to eat, drink, and relax. An easy walk to Williamsburg if you want to explore more. The condo has a great outdoor balcony setup with a view of Manhattan. Condo was very clean and the A/C worked perfectly on the hot days. Juan was also very quick to respond and very helpful when I reached out. I would 100% stay here again.
