The only thing we liked about this place is the location, one bloc from the ocean No lighting at the door to get key out of lock box. That system should be replaced with a key pad instead. The dooor to the unit looks like somone took a hammer to hit...it has many dents....The "second floor: description was accurate HOWEVER there was serveral flights of stairs to get there. I took pictures as soon as we got into the unit..as we were not resposible for what i reported: ripped blinds in the living area. THe master bedroom: blinds were not fully connected and the door to the outside patio we could not open. Garbage was left in the middle of the bathroom..in the basket. I sent a message then called and whoever answered said theyd make a note of my call and asked me to send pics which I did. We were out and came back to the unit in the evening only to find out someone came in and cleaned the unit! That should never have happened without one of us there! Sorry we won't be returning

We loved staying at this AirB&B. We’ve been coming to OCMD for close to 30 years and have stayed at many locations in the area. This was one of the nicest spaces we’ve stayed in. My two teenagers were impressed— not an easy feat! The space matched the photos, the beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the location was great! We would absolutely book here again. Only minor complaints would be in the bathroom and laundry room. The shower drain ran very slowly and the dryer was full of sand, but these are things I wouldn’t expect a cleaning crew to notice and could happen from just the previous guest.

We really love the place. It was very quiet and in walking distance to the beach. We would love to rent the place again.

Comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach and sweet little grocery store a few blocks away. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The place was beautiful and very clean once we got in. There are basically 6 levels of stairs which would make it difficult for someone with health or physical issues. Nice view from balcony. We had an issue with the lock upon arrival which took 5 hours to fix. We had difficulty getting in touch with Evolve and did not get any compensation for not being able to get into our unit till 9:30pm. Communication with Evolve was very poor and frustrating. Maintenance man was very helpful
