Maria’s Red House on Little Sebago Lake was wonderful! Everything was as described! The house was quaint and cozy! We had everything we needed! The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable and there was space for all of us! Maria was an excellent host - easy to communicate with and gracious! She provided extra amenities like bug spray and toiletries. Super big beach towels. She had games and even brought over scrabble when we asked about it. There is a list of rainy day activities posted on the fridge. The best part of the camp was the waterfront! Maria provided kayaks, paddle board, tubes & life jackets. The lake was so clean - we kayaked every day and explored around all the little islands. It was great fun to go out to the sandbar! Loved the fire pit and the stars. One (small) negative was the iron smell of the water in the house, which Maria did mention in her posting. We couldn’t recommend this more! We come to Maine every summer and this was by far the best lake to be on

This camp was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. As stated, the water is iron rich, so bring your own to drink. The hammock swing on the porch was a perfect place to read and view the lake. The beach area was fantastic. It was a sandy bottom with gradual entry and the water was warm and swimmable. There’s a variety of kayaks, canoes etc to use as well as floats. The dock was the perfect place to watch the loons and sunsets! Thank you for the perfect spot to create family memories !

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! Maria was a fantastic host, she is so kind and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. The house is exactly as pictured. It's rustic and charming. The kitchen is well stocked with all needed appliances and very clean. The water is very iron rich (as some had mentioned) so good to grab some bottled water for drinking and coffee and whatnot. Now for the lake! We have stayed at a few different lakes in the area, as well as another house on this lake. This is our favorite spot yet! Incredible location, beautiful sunset views, wonderful beach. We were able to bring a boat with us, which allowed us to get to some lake sites (sandbars and a huge rock to jump from), but there are some rafts/kayaks things to use on site as well. We loved our stay so much we have already made plans to return. Thank you Maria for sharing your home with us!

A lovely lake house. We were there just before it gets to cold to handle and really enjoyed it. Hostess Maria is next door and was awesome and super helpful. Its a very nice cabin with nice living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. The lake and area are gorgeous and we enjoyed walks, canoeing and fires in the pit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maria’s place. The cottage had everything we needed, (including fresh herbs growing right outside our door!) and Maria was a super responsive host…responding promptly to questions and checking in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the lake - warm and quiet, with tons of loons and bald eagles too. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely come back again!
