Lots of natural light and open space. There are large decks on the front and rear of the home. There is a TIKI bar under the house with two hot and cold water sand showers. PLEASE USE SAND SHOWERS TO ELIMINATE THE SAND OFF OF YOU prior to you going up into the house. No sandy clothing or shoes allowed in the house. There is a BBQ grill and a Fire pit. Smoking is only allowed under the house near the TIKI bar area. No smoking upstairs. Please keep house doors and windows closed as the salty air will damage our air conditioners. You can park under the house, if your vehicles do not leak fluids. any damage will be charged to you. Everything is inventoried. Please protect our house.
