The Cottage was perfect for our small family. It was clean, tidy and close to town/restaurants. It has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Karina was a friendly and responsive host.

I would highly recommend Karina’s place to anyone who needs a bit more space than a typical Nantucket hotel room. The cottage was beautiful and the location is great for walking into town. Karina was responsive and flexible with check in and check out.

Pristine cottage on a quiet street. Walkable to grocery store, restaurants and a cute coffee shop. Lots of walking paths and a great Land Bank park were nearby. Cottage had everything we needed. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom, and the bed linens smelled amazing. We had our dog with us, so we loved that the yard was fenced. Karina was very responsive when contacted, but we really didn’t need anything while we were there. Would definitely rent again!

Karina’s cottage was a lovely home base for exploring the scenic island of Nantucket. The location was private and quiet, but yet convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beaches. The cottage itself was beautiful, cozy, and immaculate. The furnishings, linens, towels, and kitchen implements were all in pristine condition. Karina has thought of everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable and worry-free stay. We especially appreciated her sweet welcoming package and her helpful guest book full of suggestions. We hope to return some day, and we highly recommend this adorable and extremely comfortable cottage!
