We visited my daughter at Chico State and LOVED our stay here. Perfect for multi generations, very clean and extremely comfortable beds. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and accommodating. We have 3 more years till graduation and look forward to making this our “go to.”

We were in Chico for the Wildflower bike ride. We had a great time, the house was well located, within a five minute drive to downtown, restaurants and nightlife. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement as well.

We were two couples visiting the area for hiking. The wildflowers and beauty of the area was amazing, and then to come home to such a clean and comfortable place was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the awesome kitchen and used the backyard grill as well. We will definitely stay here again when in the Chico area!

This house was spacious enough for my son and I and my sister's family to spend time together for a weekend. The kids loved the ping pong table and all the throw pillows that made great places to hide for hide-and-seek. They also enjoyed loafing on the living room couch together watching YouTube streams on the big TV. As for the adults, we enjoyed making ourselves drinks and snacks in the kitchen and chatting around the large kitchen table. We really appreciated that when we discovered that there was no laundry detergent for the washing machine and reported it to our host, she dropped off a new container of detergent within an hour. Great home. Great host. Great value.
