Inside you'll find a pool table, arcade game, movie theater lounge, popcorn machine, bar with margarita machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. 4 beds, 3 baths, 2 story house. Sleeps up to 14-16 adults (see sleeping spaces description below). -Kitchen Keurig coffee pots, tea kettles, blenders, toasters, silverware, nonstick pots and pans, coffee cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses, bottle openers, wine openers, plates & bowls, knife sets, and much more! -Dining Room Rectangle wooden table (seating for 6) with a baby highchair. -Game Room Pool table with 6 pool sticks. Mortal Combat arcade! -Living Room 60" smart TV, Queen-size sleeper sofa, couch, and extra throw blankets. -Movie Theater Lounge 80" TV, surround sound, popcorn machine (popcorn provided), and candy! One sleeper sofa and two futons, all of which can be converted to sleeping space. *New furniture has been installed since photos were taken. -Bedroom 1: King Bed & Bathroom (Downstairs) King bed, large closet with hangers, ironing board, and iron. We were in Texas for our son's wedding. Ruchi was very helpful from day one when we reserved the home. She was always quick to response. The home was very comfortable for our whole family of 12. Grandkids had a great time in the pool. Whille we were there, she also was quick to respond if we had any type of concern. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home. The Spring Family
Ruchi was very friendly and responsive the moment I was interested in staying at her home. Communication was always fast and clear. Rooms were clean and organized would 10/10 recommend this to friends and family and I would stay here again!!!
We had a lovely time at Ruchi’s place. It was in a beautiful location with lake views, each bedroom was comfortable, and the master suite was my favorite with the overlooking balcony. Ruchi’s team communicated with us from the beginning to the end of our trip with clear check in/out instructions or if we had any issues they were instantly addressed. The theatre room was a blast with fresh popcorn that the kids loved, while the adults enjoyed the margarita machine. The pool was amazing, it was really refreshing in this Texas heat, we also got to experience it heated which made for a really cozy night swim. The kids had a great time using the pool table and the Mortal Kombat arcade game. Would definitely stay again for another family vacation.

This was our 1st time using Ruschi as host. She was very easy to communicate with and was always available to answer any of our questions. The home and pool were amazing. We had our family reunion here and everyone enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of things for everyone to do and we all loved the pool. There was a very nice gas grill that was utilized a lot. Close by grocery store for our needs. I would definitely recommend this place and will rent it again.
