Enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise on the balcony or a glass of wine during sunset. The condo is comfy and perfect for up to 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin trundle. Also the condo building has a seasonally heated pool. Come relax and enjoy! ***CHECK IN IS NO EARLIER THAN 3pm and check out is promptly at 10am! Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed and on suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed and a twin trundle bed (can sleep up to 4 people- 2 adults and 2 kids) Washer and Dryer in the unit! Premier Spectrum Cable channels, DVRs, and access to Netflix and other streaming services (use your own account to access them) on the TV on the living room TV. Master Bedroom TV with premier channels and DVR. *There is a surveillance camera outside the unit facing the front door of the unit. Beach Essentials: -2 beach chairs (4 others are downstairs for public use) -beach towels -umbrella -beach blanket/sheet -2 boogie boards -basic sand toys Condo basics: We provide a starter pack of tide pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee. For longer stays or extra people, you may need to purchase more for the reminder of your stay. Grill: -A community gas grill and utensils are located near the beach entrance and the pool. Please clean up after use. -Grills are NOT allowed on the balconies.
