We really enjoyed our stay! It’s spacious for a group of 4 and you got everything you need for a short or long stay. The location was absolutely amazing as you can easily walk to the pennisula to check the historical sites or just ramble along the river. Definitely recommend!

Stayed in 52 while visiting my daughter at Durham University. The unit is very conveniently located and is close to everything such as campus, city center, restaurants, bus and train stations. Very beautifully decorated, modern yet vintage inspired and very clean. Beds were comfortable and wonderful showers. Everything we needed for a lovely stay! We would definitely love to stay here anytime we visit Durham.

Lovely flat lots of space for family with older kids. Great location in the centre of Durham. Parking is an added bonus. Hosts very responsive.
