Welcome to my warehouse converted snooker hall with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Situated near Old Street, in East London. Attractions nearby include Whitecross St Market, Columbia Rd Flower Market and Regent's Canal. Old Street Station is a 8-min walk away, providing great transport links. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-plan living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a beautiful mezzanine balcony. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA Located on the first floor, the open-plan living room is spacious in size and flooded with natural daylight. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests. The room leads out onto the private balcony. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM EXTRA NOTE. After the reviews of the sofa bed, it's been replaced and upgraded to a double bed Both bedrooms are spacious in size. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed , a desk and office chair, an exercise bike and a hanging rail. The bathroom is fitted with a bath tub and waterfall shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided, including complimentary initial toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR AREAS The flat boasts a beautiful roof terrace private balcony with outdoor seating that you can enjoy.

Lovely light and colourful apartment in a convenient and lively location.
Fabulous, clean & spacious flat for our family of four. We loved staying at your place - so easy to access all the lovely things we planned Loved being in this lively, bustling part of the city. We adored the artwork and we felt right at home. Easy walking to Spitalfields, checking out cool graffiti, Tate Modern by bus in 20 mins, Covent Garden & Soho easy to get to by tube - loads of great local restaurants & the fab street lunch market. All local amenities are good for food shopping & flat was easy to cook in. We would love to come back and stay another time Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and quirky flat (family of 5). Being proximal to Shoreditch and the Barbican is just perfect. The giant windows, garden and loft space are really something. There are two roomy and comfortable beds and a full kitchen and dining area. Communication was great all the way through. A crib was in the apartment -- and we weren't expecting it. I would have liked a few more garbage bags, paper towels etc in the kitchen, but then again, we weren't really needing to cook. I'd love to stay here again.
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met twee stellen en een baby. De ruimte is heel gezellig ingericht, waardoor het warm aanvoelt. Het is ook vrij ruim en locatie is super. Goede prijs kwaliteit-verhouding, ik zou zeggen zoek niet verder als je met z’n vieren bent, want beter dan dit zul je niet gauw vinden!
Loved the space! lots of room, trendy interior, loved the roof terrace. Location was amazing, lots of great restaurants/bars in Shoreditch, accessible by tube. Would stay again!
