We are excited to offer this newly furnished, large apartment 1 block from The Nittany Lion Inn/north side of campus. Our location in charming East College Heights neighborhood allows you to park during your visit and walk anywhere on campus or downtown. We are also on the bus route for longer trips around the area. The apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and large deck. Permit:STR23-00006

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was the perfect location and was in walking distance to an event we were going to. Sharma is definitely a great hostess. Everything was beyond my expectations. Very clean, comfortable, great decor and there was so much attention to detail. complimentary snacks and water. Hands down the best stay I’ve ever had away from home! Thank you so much Sharma! :)
Had a great stay in State College! The apartment was close to town and super clean. The hostess was super responsive and made our stay go very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.
Sharma’s place was spotless and very comfortable. She added many extra touches, like snacks, bottled water, quality coffee, chocolates on the pillows and more. The location was great—it was close to all of the places we wanted to go. Highly recommend!
