We had a very brief stay. Just needed a clean space, shower and beds for the night. The cabin met our needs well.

Dan's place needs a little TLC. upgraded AC unit, upgraded water mixing valve or new tank less hot water system (couldn't shower cause it was hot or cold) and to seal up the door jams so sugar ants don't come for your food.
