Air-conditioned apartment/suite with one bedroom and a separate room with an additional bed which also serves as a couch. Within the second room, there is a kitchenette, a dining table, and a washing machine. There is a very nice balcony, where someone can sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Sea and sunset views from the shared terrace are great. The terrace is not busy and can be utilized as a sitting area by the tenants, given that the balcony furniture is moved there. The apartment is 55m2, and consists of one bedroom and a separate room with an additional bed which also serves as a couch. Within the second room, there is a kitchenette, a dining table, and a washing machine.

Anastasia's place is a simple, no-frills apartment with beautiful views that has everything you need for relaxing and making simple meals. It was the best value for the money that I could find in the Theologos area, as the places on the beach are easily 2x the price. That said, you will probably want to have a car because the beach is a 25 minute walk away, and it is nice to have a car anyways to explore the whole island of Rhodes on days when there is no wind for wind sports. Anastasia was an amazing host–she helped me so much with all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! I will always remember the kindness of her and her family.
Very friendly staff and great location. Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment is located in a beautiful authentic Rhodesian village named Theologos, a nice and calm area with a mini market and transport link (100m away), a short walk away from Theologos beach at about 15-20 minutes walking with activities such as kitesurfing/windsurfing spots and schools, restaurants, bars, retail stores, and hotels. The location is ideal for someone looking for a relaxed and authentic experience, bounded by the beach on one side and hills on the other. A short walk away from the beach, 15 minutes drive from Diagoras international airport and 30 minutes drive from Rhodes town. The perfect base for exploring Rhodes Island and cooking simple meals.
