David was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating, with a beautiful home and grounds.
It was delightful. Just as advertised.
My husband and I stayed at David's home over a weekend in August of 2023. Out of all of the other Airbnb options in the area, I chose David's home for several reasons. (1) Great reviews (2) Private bedroom and bathroom (3) Gorgeous home and tranquil yard (I'm a gardener too!). David was very hospitable when we arrived. We had never been to Marshfield before and David was available to answer questions we had about dinner options in the area. We were out and about most of the weekend and it was nice to come back in the evenings to a lovely quiet home to relax and get some rest.

David was the epitome of a super-host. My boyfriend and I can't thank David enough for the hospitality from him and tranquility of his property. Was just like staying with family & will certainly make an excuse to come back to stay! When you are on David's property, you feel like you can take a breath, relax & make yourself at home while also exploring all the beautiful gifts that his yard has to offer. We truly can't thank him enough for a great stay!

I am a single professional man who has traveled a lot. I enjoy people who share my passion for cross culture experiences. I have been traveling since I was a teenager and never found it hard to do on any budget. I became a member of SERVAS many years ago as well as youth hostels. I've since traded my backpack for a suitcase with wheels these days but, the adventurous side of me is still looking for new places to travel and people to meet. My favorite place in the world to travel is Australia. I will be returning for my fourth trip there this January. I know what it's like to be away from home and the comforts that we have to sacrifice when we travel. I will take the time to make my guests feel at home while away from their home.
