This is a perfect apartment with easy access to the M14 line on a quiet street. This was my first time in Paris and Bertrand was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Bertrand is a very considerate, prompt and responsive host. It has been a pleasure to interact with him, and I recommend his place highly. Within a few minutes walk from three metro stations (two lines), Bertrand's place is well-located. Nearly every place tourists would want to see in Paris is within a single metro transfer. There are also grocery stores and multiple restaurants within a few hundred steps. The apartment is on the fourth (fifth in the US numbering style) floor, sans elevator. While the access is well within most people's capabilities, mobility challenged people (or those with heavy bags) might need to take this into account. The checkin instructions are detailed, and easy to understand. The apartment itself is well-furnished for a couple or a single traveler. The sofa bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very functional. The rain shower is strong and soothing. There is a TV with Netflix etc. and the WiFi is more than adequate for routine use.

A lovely studio perfect for our weekend in Paris. The sofa bed was comfy, nice linens, and easy to put up. Great shower! Very clean overall, just what we needed. Would definitely recommend :) x
