这是第二次住Dianne的公寓，住了四周，非常满意。我们晚上到达时，Dianne提前为我们调整好暖气，开好灯，并准备了牛奶和点心。期间Dianne为我们更换了床上用品和毛巾等，并告诉我们有什么需要的可以随时联系她。公寓的位置好，旅游、交通、生活都非常方便，无可挑剔，我们还会再次去的。

Dianne 非常友好和热情。我们一定会再次回来。强烈推荐！房子的位置非常好，在城市的中心，周围有很多超市、商场。去火车站、汽车站都是步行即可。房子很干净，生活设施也很全。Dianne让我们提前入住，延迟退房。入住时还送了蛋糕和牛奶，非常温馨。Dianne快速回复与她联系的信息。Dianne是我们住Airbnb遇到的最好的房东！

I arrived much too early to check in, but Dianne met me at the flat, gave me a set of keys, and let me leave my suitcase while she tidied the place up. She even recommended somewhere for lunch. The main shopping streets are just a minute away, and the Quays, with restaurants and cafes, aren’t too much farther. The flat has all the amenities and, though small, is quite a comfortable place to stay while visiting Gloucester.

Dianne was very kind from the beginning, the apartment is impeccable, homely, everything decorated and thought of to the smallest detail to make you feel at home (that's how I felt), the view from the apartment is privileged, and I was welcomed with a cake, If I return to the city I would love to stay again!

My stay at Dianne’s flat was very good indeed. Ideal for anyone looking for a place in central Gloucester - the town centre, the Cathedral and the docks are all a short walk away. Dianne’s information and communication were friendly and spot-on. The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Parking is off site, but Dianne’s recommendation of a car park was handy and very affordable. All I needed was a small city centre flat to retreat to when I wasn’t out birdwatching in the local area all day or enjoying social evenings with my birding group - this place was perfect.
